党的十八大报告把“生态文明”和“加快经济发展方式转变”这两部分内容进行了专门论述,并且指出这项民族长久发展重大计划与民族幸福生活密切相关的。生态文明是一项涉及社会、经济、文化、生态等多方面的复杂的系统工程。体育旅游作为生态文明建设的重要部分,其发展不应该局限于生态体育旅游、低碳体育旅游、循环经济型体育旅游、可持续发展体育旅游等这些单一的发展方式。从生态文明理念视角下提出:宏观层面,以可持续发展为发展理念;中观层面,以循环经济型为发展着重点;微观层面,以生态化和低碳化为原则的SCEL的体育旅游发展方式。 The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a special account of the two parts of “ecological civilization” and “accelerating the transformation of economic development mode”, and pointed out that the long-term development of this ethnic group is closely linked to the happy life of the nation.
