目的研究臭椿Ailanthus altissima根皮的化学成分。方法运用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质与核磁数据进行结构鉴定;采用琼胶平板法测定化合物的抑菌活性。结果从臭椿根皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到1个达玛烷型三萜,结构鉴定为20(R)-24,25-三羟基达玛烷-3-酮(1),其抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的IC50值分别为48.2和61.3μg/mL。结论化合物1为1个新化合物,命名为臭椿萜酮,具有较弱的抑菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root bark of Ailanthus altissima. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and NMR data. The antibacterial activities of the compounds were determined by agar plate method. Results One damarane-type triterpene was isolated from the ethanolic extract of the root bark of Ailanthus altissima and the structure was identified as 20 (R) -24,25-trihydroxyalmatiman-3-one (1), which inhibited the growth of E. coli And S. aureus had IC50 values of 48.2 and 61.3 μg / mL, respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as oleurus nobilis, and has weak antibacterial activity.
