美国联邦航理局对民用旋翼机座椅的结构试验提出了新的要求,要求提高静态试验强度、增加两个动态试验。本文就修改试验要求的原因、静态试验与动态试验的区别、试验程序和设备等方面予以扼要综述。试验概念通常“静态”是指作用于物体的力是平衡的,物体处于静止状态。“动态”是指作用力使物体产生运动状态的改变,是考虑物体的运动的。显然,撞击使飞机、座椅和乘员皆承受到动态载荷,所以需要进行动态试验,以检验在撞击情况下座椅能为乘员提供的防护能力。
The Federal Aviation Administration put forward new requirements on structural tests of civil rotorcraft seats, requiring that the static test strength should be increased and two dynamic tests be added. This article reviews the reasons for the modification of the test, the difference between the static test and the dynamic test, the test procedure and the equipment, and so on. Test concept Usually “static” means that the force acting on the object is balanced and the object is at rest. “Dynamic” refers to the force of the object to produce movement changes, is to consider the object’s movement. Obviously, the impact loads the aircraft, seats and occupants dynamically, so a dynamic test is required to test the seat’s ability to provide protection to occupants in the event of an impact.
