用SEM和XRD等测试方法分析不同热轧带钢表面氧化皮的组成及结构。通过湿热试验、极化和交流阻抗测试(EIS)及扫描Kelvin探针系统(SKP)测试,探讨了热轧带钢表面氧化皮与其耐蚀性能之间关系。结果表明:湿热试验的腐蚀增重与时间的关系符合△W=Dt~n;WL510钢氧化皮的初期耐腐蚀性能优于B510L钢,在腐蚀的后期,B510L钢腐蚀的发展可能要慢于WL510钢。
The composition and structure of oxide scales on different hot strip were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The relationship between oxide scale on the hot strip and its corrosion resistance was discussed by wet heat test, polarization and AC impedance test (EIS) and scanning Kelvin probe system (SKP) test. The results show that the relationship between corrosion weight gain and time is in accordance with △ W = Dt ~ n. The initial corrosion resistance of WL510 steel is better than that of B510L steel. In the later stage of corrosion, the corrosion of B510L steel may be slower than that of WL510 steel.
