非智力因素是学习的动力系统。以教育学、心理学理论为指导,来分析了目前中职学生学习英语的现状,提出了在英语教学中开发学生非智力因素的策略。要提高学生的英语水平,要开发学生的非智力因素,英语老师应从以下几方面着手:一、唤起学习动机,提高学生学习自觉性;二、优化课堂教学,培养学生学习兴趣;三、融洽师生关系,培养学生学习情感;四、引导学生克服困难,养成良好的意志品质。
Non-intellectual factors are the motivation system of learning. Guided by pedagogy and psychology theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational school students’ learning English and proposes a strategy of developing non-intellectual factors in English teaching. To improve students’ English level, to develop non-intelligence factors of students, English teachers should start from the following aspects: First, to arouse their motivation to learn, to improve students’ learning consciousness; Second, to optimize classroom teaching and develop students’ interest in learning; Third, Students relationship, develop students’ learning emotion; Fourth, guide students to overcome difficulties and develop good will quality.
