总结我科2006年~2008年度发生的护患纠纷,分析其发生的原因,并积极采取有针对性的护理管理防范措施后,护患纠纷的发生率显著下降。认为切实落实各项规章制度,加强职业道德培训,强化业务理论学习及技能培训,不断提高护理服务质量及更新护理服务理念,这些是防范和减少护患纠纷发生的根本。
Summarize the nurse-patient disputes that occurred in our department from 2006 to 2008, analyze the causes of the nurse-patient conflicts, and take a proactive approach to preventive management of nursing, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes dropped significantly. They believe that the effective implementation of the rules and regulations, strengthening professional ethics training, strengthening business theory and skills training, and constantly improve the quality of nursing services and update the concept of nursing services, which is to prevent and reduce the nurse-patient disputes occur.
