目的:建立跌打活血散气相色谱指纹图谱,为制剂的质量评价提供参考。方法:建立制剂GC指纹图谱,使用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2008版)计算相似度;采用GC-MS法,通过对照品比对,NIST谱库及文献检索对共有峰进行指认,并与对照药材比对确定其来源。结果:方法学考察显示建立的GC指纹图谱精密度、重复性、稳定性均可满足指纹图谱分析的需要;指纹图谱中呈现20个共有峰,对其中的17个进行了指认;14批样品的指纹图谱相似度评价结果在0.564~0.986,表明不同样品的质量差异较大。结论:建立的GC指纹图谱方法快速、简便,能够全面反映跌打活血散中化学成分信息,可用于跌打活血散质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatographic fingerprinting of blood drop through the blood to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of the preparation. Methods: The GC fingerprint of the preparation was established, and the similarity was calculated by using the similarity evaluation system of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprinting (2008 version). The GC-MS method was used to identify the common peaks by comparison of reference materials, NIST library and literature search Compare with the control medicine to determine the source. Results: The methodological study showed that the precision, repeatability and stability of the established GC fingerprints could meet the needs of fingerprinting analysis. There were 20 common peaks in the fingerprints and 17 of them were identified. Fingerprint similarity evaluation results in the 0.564 ~ 0.986, indicating that different samples of large differences in quality. Conclusion: The established GC fingerprinting method is rapid and simple, and can fully reflect the chemical composition information of BDSH. It can be used to evaluate the quality of BDSH.
