港珠澳大桥是中国交通建设史上技术最复杂、建设要求及标准最高的工程之一,其工程规模浩大,海上施工环境恶劣,因此,大桥建设选择“大型化、工厂化、标准化、装配化”的施工方案,以缩短海上作业时间,提高作业工效。大桥非通航孔采用大型埋置式预制墩台,工厂化规模预制、现场整体吊装的施工工艺,本文以非通航孔足尺模型工艺试验研究墩为例,介绍使用带有“吊装、抱紧、导向及调位”一体化功能的吊具进行大型结构物吊装及调位的方法。
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is one of the most technologically complex and demanding construction and standard projects in the history of China's transportation construction. Due to the huge scale of its construction and the harsh marine construction environment, the construction of the bridge has become more and more large-scale, industrialized, standardized and assembled “Construction program to shorten the time at sea operations and improve work efficiency. The non-navigable hole of the bridge adopts the construction technology of large embedded prefabricated piers, factory scale prefabrication and overall site hoisting.
