开发了一套完整的动态轻压下系统,包括扇形段、控制系统和计算模型。通过对扇形段进行受力分析,并采用ANSYS软件模拟了扇形段和铸坯的变形状况,得出了合理的辊缝补偿量,对轻压下的关键控制参数进行了优化。试验得出固相率处于0.2~0.5,单位压下量为1.2 mm/m,为试验铸机最佳的轻压下参数。生产实践表明该系统性能稳定,大大提高了铸坯内部质量,一年多的生产统计数据表明,铸坯内部质量C级以上的达到93%。
A complete system of dynamic soft reduction was developed, including segments, control systems and computational models. By analyzing the force of the segment and using ANSYS software to simulate the deformation of the segment and slab, the reasonable amount of roll gap compensation is obtained and the key control parameters under the mild pressure are optimized. The experimental results show that the solid fraction is between 0.2 and 0.5 and the unit reduction is 1.2 mm / m, which is the best soft reduction parameter of the test caster. Production practice shows that the system has stable performance and greatly improves the internal quality of the slab. The production statistics of more than one year show that the internal quality of the slab reaches 93% above the C level.
