在矿产资源开发过程中,尾矿处理工艺对经济和环境的影响尤为重要。对某铁矿原有的尾矿干堆工艺进行了分析,针对生产效率低下和现有的生产用地紧张等问题,有效地利用荒山和闲置用地,设计了新的尾矿处理工艺,在山顶上安装尾矿固化设备,在山底下存放浓缩后的尾矿,简化了专用的生产设备。对新建的尾矿固化干堆工程中的关键设备实现自动控制和实时的状态监测及视频监控,有效地提高了工作效率,使尾矿制备过程安全、平稳地运行,为科学生产管理提供技术支持。
In the development of mineral resources, the economic and environmental impact of tailings treatment is particularly important. Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and the existing shortage of production land, the existing tailings dry-up process of an iron mine was analyzed. A new tailing treatment technology was designed using the waste hills and idle land effectively.
