应用细胞内微电极及离子选择性微电极(ISM)技术观察人参皂甙对内毒素性休克大白鼠肝跨膜电位及细胞内Na~+、K~+离子活度的影响,结果表明休克时肝跨膜电位振幅降低,细胞内Na~+活度升高及伴有K~+活度的下降;而人参皂甙能够防止休克时的肝跨膜电位的降低,纠正细胞内Na~+活度升高及K~+活度的下降。提示人参皂甙能够改善休克时膜对离子的运转功能。
The effects of ginsenosides on liver transmembrane potential and intracellular Na~+ and K~+ ion activity in rats with endotoxin shock were observed by intracellular microelectrode and ion selective microelectrode (ISM) technique. The results showed that the liver was shocked. The amplitude of transmembrane potential decreased, intracellular Na~+ activity increased, and the activity of K~+ decreased. Ginsenosides can prevent the decrease of transmembrane potential during shock and correct intracellular Na~+ activity. High and K~+ activity decline. It is suggested that ginsenosides can improve the membrane’s function of ion transport during shock.
