随着我国经济的快速发展,高层建筑尤其是超高层建筑不断涌现,深基坑工程也不断增多。在地质条件较差或较复杂的地区,传统的基坑支护方法很难满足基坑稳定性及周边建筑物安全的要求。土钉墙以其施工方便、经济可靠的优点,近年来已广泛应用于基坑支护中。文章以具体的基坑工程为案例,结合工程区地质条件及周边环境条件,探讨土钉支护的作用及支护效果。分析发现,土钉支护不仅可以保证基坑侧壁的安全,为后续工程的施工提供足够的场地,同时还可以提高施工进度、降低工程投资,为整个工程的顺利完工提供更好的保障。
With the rapid economic development in our country, high-rise buildings, especially super-high-rise buildings, continue to emerge, and deep foundation pit projects are also on the increase. In areas with poor geological conditions or complicated geological conditions, the traditional foundation pit support method is difficult to meet the requirements of the stability of foundation pit and surrounding buildings. Soil nailing wall with its convenient construction, economic and reliable advantages in recent years has been widely used in foundation pit support. Taking a concrete foundation pit project as an example, this paper discusses the effect of soil nailing and its supporting effect in combination with the geological conditions and the surrounding environmental conditions in the project area. Analysis shows that soil nailing can not only ensure the safety of the side wall of foundation pit and provide adequate site for the construction of subsequent projects, but also improve the construction schedule, reduce the project investment and provide a better guarantee for the smooth completion of the whole project.
