什么是投融资体制?投融资体制主要包括投资主体行为、筹融资渠道、项目决策程序、资金使用方式、建设实施管理和宏观调控等方面,是整个经济体制的重要组成部分。为了确保今年8％的经济增长目标,新一届政府已经决定大幅度增加投资。在这种形势下如何深化投融资体制改革,防止出现新一轮的重复建设,提高投资效益,是当前经济改革的一项重大课题。
