本文通过模拟实验研究,确定了一种新型的“砂阻尼材料”用于球磨机噪声控制,已获得理想的降噪效果。选择了球磨机筒体阻尼衬板及最佳阻尼(橡胶)层的厚度。
In this paper, through simulation experiments, a new type of “sand damping material” was determined for ball mill noise control, and the ideal noise reduction effect has been obtained. The thickness of the ball mill cylinder damping liner and the optimal damping (rubber) layer was chosen.
