本文阐述了修辞学研究的全球化态势及其表现形态,剖析了全球修辞、全球修辞学的内涵,分析了其提出的现实和理论依据以及文化背景,阐释了全球修辞学的目标及其建构策略。作者认为,全球修辞是指修辞实践的全球化,它意味着一种全球社会秩序,一种普世法则,一种全球秩序建构的手段和途径,即通过非武力的修辞手段建构全球秩序,通过理性对话处理人类在发展中所面临的共同问题,化解各种国际争端和冲突,统一全球意志,实现人类共同利益,建构大同世界。它既是一种人类共同意志凝聚和灵魂管理的手段与方式,同时也是一种世界秩序和人类文明形态。全球修辞学为世界学术秩序提供了一种新的可能,为世界修辞学研究提供了一种碰撞、融合的新视野。各国学者应具有全球视野和普世情怀,应具有海纳百川的气度,要勇于突破各自的学术传统,实现与其他文化背景中学术传统的平等交流、碰撞与融合。全球修辞学理论体系的建构,既需要多维学科视野,也需要建立全球性的学术组织,奠定新的全球学术交流机制。
This paper expounds the situation of globalization and the manifestation of rhetorical research, analyzes the connotation of global rhetoric and global rhetoric, analyzes the realistic and theoretical basis and cultural background, and expounds the goal of global rhetoric and its construction strategy . Scholars in all countries should have a global perspective and universal feelings and should be brave and enterprising. They should bravely break through their academic traditions and achieve equal exchanges, collisions and integration with academic traditions in other cultural backgrounds. The construction of the theoretical system of global rhetoric not only requires multidimensional field of vision, but also needs to establish a global academic organization and establish a new global academic exchange mechanism.
