立足对广东省250名中小学教研员的调查数据,探讨了当前中小学教研员对科研认识和态度、科研知识的掌握情况、参与科研活动的情况及科研能力的现有水平,剖析了中小学教研员科研能力存在薄弱之处的原因并提出了相应建议。
