石油企业物流组织,像一个金字塔,又像一个不断运动的陀螺。在金字塔的最高点,就是石油企业物流管理的最高决策者。但是从陀螺的角度来看,这个顶点权力最大,责任最大,所承担的压力也最大。如何让这个金字塔像陀螺一样高效运转,笔者以为:一是用建造金字塔的理念建立严密的石油企业物流管理组织结构,二是用经营陀螺的理念进行石油企业物流管理,协调机体内外的能量平衡,使其持久地平稳运转。
