肾结石是临床常见病,形成原因不是单一的,而是许多因素的综合作用。现将我院1981～1985年手术切除由肾结石所致已失去肾功的病肾20例分析如下。临床资料本组男15例,女5例。年龄在20～60岁,平均36岁,病期最长达20年,最短者月余,平均45月。主要症状:血尿者15例(肉眼血尿6例,镜下血尿9例)。病则腰痛者15例(钝痛.痠痛或隐痛者10例.绞痛者5例)。右上腹痛3例,左上腹痛2例,有尿路刺激征者2例。
