目的 探讨雌激素在血管瘤增殖与退化中的作用。 方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 2例血管瘤和 17例血管畸形标本雌激素受体 (ER)及细胞增殖核抗原 ki- 6 7的表达情况。 结果 血管瘤组的 ER、ki- 6 7平均标记指数均高于血管畸形组及正常皮肤组。血管瘤组中增生期亚组两标记指数均高于退化期亚组 (P<0 .0 1)。血管瘤组中 ER与 ki- 6 7标记指数的相关系数为 0 .77(P<0 .0 5 ) ,而血管畸形组中为 0 .4 0 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 雌激素及其受体与血管瘤内皮细胞的增殖相关
Objective To investigate the role of estrogen in the proliferation and degeneration of hemangiomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen ki-67 in 42 hemangiomas and 17 vascular malformations. Results The average labeling index of ER and ki- 6 7 in hemangioma group were higher than those in vascular malformation group and normal skin group. The two markers in the proliferative subgroup of hemangioma group were higher than those in the degraded subgroup (P <0.01). The correlation coefficient of ER and Ki-67 labeling index in hemangioma group was 0.77 (P <0.05), but it was 0.40 (P <0.05) in vascular malformation group. Conclusion Estrogen and its receptor are associated with the proliferation of hemangiomas endothelial cells
