目的合成以L-2,3-二氨基丙酸为支化基元的新型高密度氨基肽类树枝状化合物G1。方法以丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,经缩合、氢化还原,再胺解得到母核。将支化基元L-2,3-二氨基丙酸通过活性酯与母核以酰胺键相连接。结果和结论合成了2个未见文献报道的新型高密度氨基肽类树枝状化合物,并经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS确证化学结构。
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize a new type of high-density amino-peptide dendrimer G1 with L-2,3-diaminopropionic acid as the branch element. Methods Starting from diethyl malonate, the mother nucleus was obtained by condensation, hydrogenation and re-amineysis. The branched-chain L-2,3-diaminopropionic acid is linked to the core by an amide bond via an active ester. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS Two novel high-density amino-peptide dendrimers were synthesized and confirmed by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS.
