对于刚刚回国的“海归”们来说,摆在他们面前的头等大事无非是找个适合自己的工作,成就自己的回国创业梦想。然而,目前求职场中的现实情况却常常会让他们遭遇意想不到的尴尬,前些年在人们的思维中形成的“外来的和尚会念经,‘洋’的就是比‘土’的好”的求职定律似乎正在被逐渐推翻。于是,有些人发出了“留学人员过剩和贬值”的惊呼。留学人员果真过剩和贬值了吗?其实不然,海外留学人员完全不必有这样的担忧甚至恐慌。我们在这里选编以下两篇文章,用意就只不过是在提醒广大海外留学人员,国内对“海归”的认识正在逐渐趋于理性,不再像以前那样只是把他们头上的“洋帽子”看作金字招牌,而是不论“洋”“土”,唯以能力评优劣,以素质论短长。但是留学人员没有过剩,真正的人才永不贬值。回国创业,关键是如何把握自己的心态,找到适合于自己的位置。
