The rapid development of the media economy in our country has made the media industry an important economic sector of the country. Its profits and taxes surpassed the tobacco industry in 1997 and became the fourth-ranked national pillar industry. Due to the rapid economic development and intensified competition in the media, the industry is in short supply of high-level professionals who are proficient in media business and well versed in media management. The essence of competition in the media is considered as a battle for talent, while complex media professionals are the focus of contention.
