国产人参叶化学成分的研究 (一)人参皂甙的分离与鉴定

本文报道自国产人参叶中分离出四种人参皂甙,分别称为Lb_2、Lc_1、Lc_2和Ld,经各项理化常数、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及与标准品进行红外光谱、薄层层析和混熔对照测定,分别证明为人参皂甙—Rb_2(Lb_2)、—Rc(Lc_1)、—20—葡萄糖—Rf(LC_2)和—Rd(Ld)。其中人参皂甙—20—葡萄糖—Rf为首次自人参叶中分离、鉴定。 In this paper, four kinds of ginsenosides were isolated from leaves of domestic ginseng, which were named as Lb_2, Lc_1, Lc_2 and Ld, respectively. The physicochemical constants, IR spectra, NMR spectra, The results of analysis and miscibility control showed that ginsenosides-Rb_2, -CR (Lc_1), -20-glucose-Rf (LC_2) and -Rd (Ld), respectively. Among them, ginsenoside-20-glucose-Rf was isolated and identified from ginseng leaves for the first time.
