我科自1981年开始用导光电凝结合阔筋膜捆扎治疗黄斑裂孔性网脱18例(18眼),总结如下: 一般情况:18例中男8人、女10人,年龄最大65岁,最小31岁,40～60岁之间共13人。患病后半个月以内就诊者6例,两个月内9例,最晚者5个月。术前视力最好者为0.02,一般以手动,数指最多计15例。网脱范围在1/2以下者8例,1/2以上者7例,全脱离或仅鼻上象限未脱离者3例。裂孔多为圆孔或椭圆孔,大小均未超过1/4视盘直径。
