随着冷链物流的不断发展,冷藏集装箱温度监控显得越来越重要。目前,冷藏集装箱的温度数据采集大都采用线缆方式,这增加了船舶和堆场很多的工作量,延长了货物的装卸时间。针对冷藏集装箱温度监控的现状,本文提出了应用短距离无线技术进行温感数据采集的设想。通过分析RFID技术在此领域应用的局限性以及无线自组网技术的优势,笔者选择了RFID +ad hoc的网络结构作为数据采集的无线解决方案。有线的无线化,无疑大大提高了现场的工作效率。RFID技术赋予每个感应点一个唯一的ID编号,方便了统一管理,而融入了ad hoc网络技术,将大大增强了网络的可靠性。经过部分功能性测试证实,该解决方案可以应用到冷藏集装箱在堆场和船舶的温度监控中。
With the continuous development of cold chain logistics, cold container temperature monitoring is more and more important. At present, most of the temperature data collected in the refrigerated containers are collected by cables, which increases the workload of ships and yard and prolongs the loading and unloading time of the goods. In view of the status quo of refrigerated container temperature monitoring, this paper proposes the idea of using short-range wireless technology to collect temperature-sensitive data. By analyzing the limitations of RFID technology in this area and the advantages of wireless ad hoc network technology, I chose the RFID + ad hoc network structure as a wireless solution for data acquisition. Wired and wireless, will undoubtedly greatly improve the work efficiency of the site. RFID technology to give each sensor a unique ID number, facilitate the unified management, and into the ad hoc network technology, will greatly enhance the reliability of the network. After some functional tests confirmed that the solution can be applied to refrigerated containers in the yard and the ship’s temperature monitoring.
