对SPHC热轧卷表面翘皮缺陷形貌、分布规律及相应成分进行了分析。结果表明,结晶器保护渣卷入是引起SPHC热轧卷表面翘皮缺陷的主要根源。通过改进生产工艺,减少Al2O3夹杂含量,提高钢水可浇性,结合对塞棒氩气流量和保护渣黏度的调整,结晶器器液面波动控制在±3 mm以内,减少了结晶器卷渣,使因翘皮缺陷引起的产品改判率由15%降低至7%以下。
The surface morphology, distribution and corresponding components of the surface of SPHC hot rolled coil were analyzed. The results show that mold powder entrapment is the main cause of surface flaw on SPHC HRC roll. By improving the production process, reducing the content of Al2O3 inclusions and increasing the pourability of molten steel, combined with the adjustment of argon flow rate and slag viscosity of mold stopper, the fluctuation of liquid level in mold was controlled within ± 3 mm, So that due to imperfections caused by defects in the rate of product reduction from 15% to 7% or less.
