目的:探讨经阴道三维超声对子宫角妊娠和输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断价值。方法:选择子宫角妊娠患者72例、输卵管间质部妊娠患者39例,分别采用经阴道二维超声及经阴道三维超声检查,记录并比较两者对孕囊型、包块型子宫角妊娠和输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断准确率。结果:与经阴道二维超声比较,经阴道三维超声对输卵管间质部妊娠和子宫角妊娠的诊断准确率高(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道三维超声对输卵管间质部妊娠和子宫角妊娠的诊断价值优于经阴道二维超声。
Objective: To investigate the value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine horn pregnancy and tubal pregnancy. Methods: 72 cases of uterine horn pregnancy and 39 tubal interstitial pregnancy patients were selected. Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography were performed. The gestational sac size, Diagnostic accuracy of tubal interstitial pregnancy. Results: Compared with transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound, the accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy and uterine horn pregnancy was high (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in tubal interstitial pregnancy and uterine horn pregnancy is superior to transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound.
