414名镍钴作业者与100名非镍钴作业者进行对照研究,镍钴作业空气中镍钴污染比对照组分别高2.7~18倍和3.69~11.1倍。尿镍发镍,尿钴发钴也比对照组明显高,有显著性差异,且与镍钴作业空气中的镍钴含量呈明显正相关。镍钴作业者与对照组相比,角膜缘色素沉着、结膜炎、晶体混浊均有明显增高并有非常显著性差异。晶体混浊随镍钴指数的增高而增多,呈正相关(r=0.6339)。镍钴对晶体的损害是较轻的混浊,对视力无明显影响。
A total of 414 nickel and cobalt operators compared with 100 non-nickel and cobalt operators. Nickel and cobalt contamination in nickel and cobalt were 2.7 to 18 and 3.69 to 11.1 times higher than those in the control respectively.
