以Sr(NO3)2,Ba(NO3)2,(NH4)2TiF6和H3BO3作为原料,采用自组装单分子膜(self–assembled monolayers,SAMs)技术以及利用紫外光修饰技术对十八烷基三氯硅烷(C18H37SiCl3,OTS)单分子膜进行官能团改性,在氧化铟锡(indium tin oxide,ITO)玻璃基板上成功制备了BaxSr1–xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜。通过动态/静态接触角仪测量了SAMs功能化的ITO玻璃基板表面与水的接触角,探讨功能化ITO玻璃基板在紫外光照射前后的润湿情况。通过X射线衍射、能量色散光谱和扫描电子显微镜等测试方法分析了制备的BaxSr1–xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜的物相组成、微区结构和形貌。结果表明:改性的SAMs功能化ITO玻璃基板在50℃的前驱溶液中沉积18 h后,在600℃煅烧晶化2 h,可以成功制备出纯相BaxSr1–xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜,薄膜的颗粒均一,形貌均匀。
Using self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) and Sr (NO3) 2, Ba (NO3) 2, (NH4) 2TiF6 and H3BO3 as raw materials, Silane (C18H37SiCl3, OTS) monolayers were modified by functional groups to prepare BaxSr1-xTiO3 functional ceramic thin films on indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrates. The contact angle between SAMs functionalized ITO glass substrate and water was measured by dynamic / static contact angle meter, and the wettability of functionalized ITO glass substrate before and after UV irradiation was investigated. The phase composition, microstructure and morphology of the prepared BaxSr1-xTiO3 functional ceramic films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the pure functionalized BaxSr1-xTiO3 ceramic thin films can be successfully prepared after the modified SAMs functionalized ITO glass substrate is deposited in precursor solution at 50 ℃ for 18 h and calcined at 600 ℃ for 2 h. , Uniform appearance.
