建立高效液相色谱法测定醋酸曲安奈德硼酸水杨酸酊中的醋酸曲安奈德含量。采用色谱柱:Agilent AZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,粒直径5μm);以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相;检测波长为240nm;进样量20μl;流速为1.0ml/min,柱温35℃。醋酸曲安奈德线性范围为30~500μg/ml,r=0.99949,样品的低浓度平均加标回收率为95.43%,(RSD为0.2%);中浓度平均加标回收率为95.76%,(RSD为0.4%);高浓度平均加标回收率为96.64%,(RSD为0.2%)。该方法专属性强,结果稳定,重现性好,能有效地控制药品的主成分含量,具有较强的实用价值。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of triamcinolone acetonide in triamcinolone acetonide salicylate tincture. The column was Agilent AZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, particle size 5 μm) with methanol-water (70:30) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The injection volume was 20 μl. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / Column temperature 35 ℃. The linear range was 30 ~ 500μg / ml for triamcinolone acetonide, r = 0.99949. The average recovery was 95.43% (RSD = 0.2%). The average recovery was 95.76% 0.4%). The average recovery of high concentration was 96.64% (RSD 0.2%). The method has the advantages of strong specificity, stable result and good reproducibility, and can effectively control the main component content of the medicine, and has strong practical value.
