提出了一种基于面向参数企业经济模型的ＣＩＭＳ领导信息系统（ＲＯＥＭ－ＥＩＳ）系统并设计了系统的结构。ＣＩＭ企业的领导信息系统通过直接支持企业顶层管理者的战略管理与决策，对提高企业管理效率与经济效益起着重要作用。
A system of CIMS leadership information system (ROEM-EIS) based on parameter-oriented enterprise economic model was proposed and the system structure was designed. CIM enterprise’s leadership information system plays an important role in improving the efficiency and economic efficiency of enterprise management by directly supporting the strategic management and decision-making of the top managers.
