目的 研究 Ge - 132 对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其免疫学机制。方法 以荷瘤小鼠为模型,腹腔连续注射 Ge - 132(100 mg/kg·d 、300 m g/kg·d)14d ,观察肿瘤生长及对免疫功能的影响。结果 体内注射 Ge - 132 能显著抑制荷瘤小鼠 S180 肉瘤的生长,抑瘤率达55 % 。 Ge - 132 对荷瘤小鼠受抑的细胞免疫功能具有明显正向调节作用,能提高 T 淋巴细胞增殖及 I L- 2 产生能力,增强 N K 和 L A K 细胞活性。结论 Ge - 132 能明显抑制肿瘤的生长,这种抗肿瘤效应是通过对免疫功能的正向调节作用实现的。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of Ge-132 on tumor-bearing mice and its immunological mechanism. Methods The tumor-bearing mice were used as a model. Ge-132 (100 mg/kg·d, 300 m g/kg·d) was injected intraperitoneally for 14 days to observe the effects of tumor growth and immune function. Results In vivo injection of Ge-132 significantly inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma in tumor-bearing mice, with a tumor inhibition rate of 55%. Ge-132 has a significant positive regulatory effect on the suppressed cellular immune function in tumor-bearing mice, which can increase T-lymphocyte proliferation and I L-2 production, and increase the activity of N K and L A K cells. Conclusion Ge-132 can significantly inhibit the growth of tumors. This anti-tumor effect is achieved through the positive regulation of immune function.
