目的 :探讨自动血沉分析仪不同抗凝剂对测量结果的影响。方法 :10 9mmol/ L 枸橼酸钠分别 1∶ 4 ,1∶9抗凝静脉血 ,每毫升血 1.5 mg EDTA- 2 K,每毫升血肝素 15 IU,M- J自动分析仪测量。结果 :后 3种抗凝方法与第1种方法比血沉结果差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :四种常用抗凝方法的检测比较为自动血沉仪血沉的临床应用提供了参考、借鉴。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different anticoagulants on the measurement results of automatic ESR analyzer. Methods: 10 9mmol / L sodium citrate were 1:4, 1:9 anticoagulation venous blood per ml of blood 1.5 mg EDTA-2 K per ml of heparan 15 IU, M-J automatic analyzer measurement. Results: The difference of erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the latter three anticoagulation methods and the first method was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection and comparison of four commonly used anticoagulation methods provide a reference for the clinical application of automatic ESR.
