延迟荧光(delayed fluorescence,DF)是光合效率的灵敏探针.基于定量化测量活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和DF,发展了一植物胁迫反应监测的在线多参数分析光学生物传感技术.利用这一生物传感器技术,实践检测了热激蛋白101突变体(hsp101)与野生型(wildtype,WT)拟南芥热激反应的差异性.结果表明,WT拟南芥和hsp101突变体热激(40℃,30min)后,其DF强度都和各自光合速率(net photosynthesis rate,Pn)
