采用高温固相法合成了BaMg_mAl_(10)O_(17):Eu~(2+)(0.8≤m≤1.2)系列荧光粉,利用X射线衍射仪对材料的物相进行了分析,采用荧光分光光度计测试了样品的发光性能。XRD结果表明:Mg掺杂量(0.8≤m≤1.2)的变化对BMA荧光粉的物相没有影响。荧光光谱结果表明:Mg掺杂量(0.8≤m≤1.2)的变化对发射光谱有很大的影响,随着Mg掺杂量的增大,发射光谱发生红移,且当Mg掺杂量为1.0时,样品发射峰的相对强度最大。
BaMg_mAl_ (10) O_ (17): Eu ~ (2 +) (0.8≤m≤1.2) phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid-state method. The phase of the material was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The photometer tested the luminescence properties of the sample. The XRD results show that the change of Mg doping content (0.8≤m≤1.2) has no influence on the phase of BMA phosphor. Fluorescence spectroscopy results show that the change of Mg doping content (0.8≤m≤1.2) has a great influence on the emission spectrum. With the increase of Mg doping level, the emission spectrum shifts red, and when the Mg doping amount is 1.0, the relative intensity of the sample emission peak is the largest.
