目的 :研究乌索酸对动物实验性肝损伤的保护和治疗作用。方法 :采用四氯化碳注射造成大鼠实验性肝损伤模型 ,观察乌索酸对肝损伤的影响。结果 :研究表明乌索酸能使急性肝损伤大鼠血清SGPT及肝甘油三脂显著下降 ,血清甘油三脂、β-脂蛋白及肝糖原含量增加 ,肝细胞变性、坏死明显减轻。结论 :证实乌索酸对实验性肝损伤有明显的保护和治疗作用
Objective: To study the protective and therapeutic effects of ursolic acid on experimental liver injury in animals. METHODS: Rat models of experimental hepatic injury were induced by injection of carbon tetrachloride. The effects of ursolic acid on liver injury were observed. RESULTS: The study showed that ursolic acid can significantly reduce serum SGPT and hepatic triglyceride in rats with acute hepatic injury, increase serum triglyceride, β-lipoprotein and hepatic glycogen content, and significantly reduce liver cell degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion : It is confirmed that ursolic acid has obvious protective and therapeutic effects on experimental hepatic injury
