怀九河是怀柔水库两大主要入库支流之一,是北京城市饮用水源保护地,历史使命重大。论述了怀九河(二期)山区段河道的特点,针对现状河道存在的问题,提出河道防洪与生态修复的综合治理模式,即通过工程措施提高河道行洪能力,恢复常态下河道生态系统,并通过非工程措施主导防洪安全的治理模式,解决河道防洪安全问题,恢复河道天然属性,实现河水自净、水源水质保障的根本目的,为类似山区河道防洪与生态综合设计提供参考。
Huaijiuhe is one of the two main storage tributaries of Huairou Reservoir, a protected drinking water source in Beijing and has a historic mission. In this paper, the characteristics of the rivers in the Huaijiu River (second phase) mountainous section are discussed. According to the existing problems in the current riverbed, flood control and ecological restoration are put forward, that is, through the engineering measures to improve the flood discharge capacity of the river, It also provides the reference for the flood control and ecological integrated design of mountainous rivers in similar mountainous areas through the non-engineering measures to govern the flood control safety mode, to solve the flood control safety problems, to restore the natural properties of the river, to realize the self-purification of river water and water quality.
