川芎嗪对新生鼠缺氧缺血脑损伤的保护作用

目的 研究川芎嗪对新生鼠缺氧缺血脑损伤 (HIBD)的保护作用及其机制的探讨。方法 建立HIBD模型 ,采用ELISA方法检测新鲜心脏血中神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)的含量 ,采用氢清除法测定脑皮质的血流量变化。结果 HIBD组NSE含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而川芎嗪干预组明显低于模型组 (P<0 .0 5 )。HIBD组的非结扎侧脑皮质血流量轻度降低 ,而结扎侧略有回升 ,川芎嗪干预组结扎侧与非结扎侧脑皮质血流均有回升。结论 川芎嗪能降低NSE含量 ,增加脑皮质血流量 ,从而对新生鼠HIBD具有保护作用 Objective To study the protective effect of ligustrazine on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) in neonatal rats and its possible mechanism. Methods The model of HIBD was established. The content of neuron specific enolase (NSE) in fresh cardiac blood was measured by ELISA, and the cerebral blood flow was measured by hydrogen scavenging. Results The NSE level in HIBD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), while the Ligustrazine intervention group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.05). HIBD group non-ligation side of the cortical cerebral blood flow decreased slightly, while the ligation side slightly up, Ligustrazine intervention group ligation side and non-ligation side of the cortical blood flow were picked up. Conclusion Tetramethylpyrazine can reduce the content of NSE and increase the cortical blood flow so as to protect HIBD in neonatal rats
