本实验利用光纤光谱仪得到硫酸铜溶液的特征吸收峰并记录不同浓度下对应的光强数据,用MATLAB计算得到各自的吸光度,并将其与浓度进行拟合处理,利用拟合的函数表达式对未知的硫酸铜溶液进行了浓度预测,取得了较为理想的结果,进一步验证了朗伯比尔定律的实用性。
In this experiment, the characteristic absorption peak of copper sulfate solution was obtained by optical fiber spectrometer and the corresponding light intensity data were recorded under different concentrations. The respective absorbances were calculated by MATLAB and fitted with the concentration. Using the fitted function expression The concentration of copper sulphate solution is unknown, and the ideal result is obtained, which further verifies the practicability of Lambertil’s law.
