探讨了芬兰硫酸盐法制浆工艺的发展对环境质量,尤其是对废水、废气排放量和能源消耗量的影响。研究发现,基础技术和核心技术对减少硫酸盐浆厂的污染负荷同等重要。最重要的基础技术包括良好的活性污泥处理技术及各种废气净化技术;最重要的核心技术包括干法剥皮、氧脱木素、黑液增浓技术和白泥干燥技术。能量平衡主要取决于浆厂的经验积累以及浆纸是否一体化。
The impact of the development of the Finnish kraft pulping process on the quality of the environment, especially on wastewater, emissions and energy consumption, was discussed. The study found that both basic and core technologies are equally important for reducing pollution loads in the Kraft pulp mill. The most important basic technologies include good activated sludge treatment technology and a variety of exhaust gas purification technologies; the most important core technologies include dry skin stripping, oxygen delignification, black liquor enrichment technology and white mud drying technology. The energy balance depends mainly on the experience of the mill and the integration of the pulp and paper.
