利用甘薯高淀粉品种“BB3-26”与低淀粉品种“潮薯一号”杂交的F1代群体,随机选择46个单株构成作图群体用SRAP构建连锁图,包括40个SRAP标记,19个连锁群(母本7个连锁群,父本12个连锁群),图谱总长535.1cM,标记间平均距离13.37cM.通过区间作图法检测到1个淀粉含量QTL,“BB3-26”的加性效应增加淀粉含量2.12%,解释表型变异的21.3%.
A total of 46 individuals were selected from a population of F1 hybrids that were crossed with a low-starch variety “Chaatou No.1 ” using a high starch variety “BB3-26 ” of sweet potato. The SRAP linkage map was constructed and included 40 SRAPs , 19 linkage groups (7 linkage groups of female parent and 12 linkage groups of male parent) with a total length of 535.1cM and an average distance of 13.37cM between the markers.A QTL for starch content was detected by interval mapping The additive effect of -26 increased starch content by 2.12%, accounting for 21.3% of phenotypic variation.
