目的 了解胃腺癌中凋亡相关基因Fas表达情况。方法 用免疫组化ABC法检测48例胃腺癌组织中Fas的表达。结果 从低分化腺癌到高分化腺癌,Fas阳性表达率依次为12.5%(3/24)、70.6%(12/17)和71.4%(5/7),低分化组与高分化组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率为23.8%(5/21)而无转移组的阳性表达率为55.6%(15/2),两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。浸及粘膜及粘膜下的胃癌其阳性表达率为71.4%(5/7)浸及浆膜及周围组织为23.5%(4/17),两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 胃腺癌中分化程度高者Fas阳性表达率高,浸润程度深及有淋巴结转移者Fas阳性表达率低。
Objective To understand the expression of apoptosis-related gene Fas in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of Fas in 48 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results From poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas to well-differentiated adenocarcinomas, the positive rate of Fas expression was 12.5% (3/24), 70.6% (12/17), and 71.4% (5/7) in turn. The poorly differentiated and highly differentiated The difference was significant (P < 0.05). The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 23.8% (5/21) and that of non-metastatic group was 55.6% (15/2). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of gastric cancer in submucosal and submucosal mucosa was 71.4% (5/7), 23.5% (4/17) in the serosa and surrounding tissues, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of Fas expression is high in gastric adenocarcinoma with high degree of differentiation, and the degree of Fas expression is low in those with deep invasion and lymph node metastasis.
