团购作为一种新兴的购物方式已经出现在网购族的生活里,各种各样的团购网站风生水起,在2010年12月以高达4亿元的销售额再创互联网神话。但是任何一种新事物的出现往往由于相关配套措施的不完善而演变成一把双刃剑,网络团购在扩大内需、带来巨大经济效益、为消费者提供便利实惠的同时,现实中也出现了诸多如对消费者合法权利进行侵害的情形。本文试图从《消费者权益保护法》所赋予消费者权利的角度对团购陷阱对消费者的相关权益的侵害进行一个归类总结。
