1. Materials and Methods: Main reagents: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 was obtained from the Second Military Medical University, cisplatin was purchased from Sigma, and biotin-labeled human wild-type p53 (wtp53), p21WAF1/CIP1 and c-myc probes were Beijing Zhongshan Company’s product, in situ hybridization kit was purchased from Department of Pathology, Beijing Medical University, and the total cellular RNA was extracted.
