广西临桂县茶洞乡绝大部分村寨及相邻的两江镇和永福县龙江乡部分村寨约两万多人（目前的民族成分多为汉族，少部分为壮族）使用一种不同于周边的汉语、壮语和瑶语的语言，经初步比较分析，它应是侗台语族侗水语支中一支新发现的语言。这种语言的使用者，我们未发现有族群自称?
Most of the villages in Chadong Township, Lingui County, Guangxi Province, and the adjacent villages of Liangjiang Town and Longjiang Township in Yongfu County, have a population of about 20,000 (currently most of the nationalities are Han and a small part are Zhuang) Chinese language, Zhuang language and Yao language. After a preliminary comparative analysis, it should be a newly discovered language in the Dong branch of the Tai language. We do not find any ethnic groups claiming to be users of this language.
