利用光的叠加原理推导出一维有限周期光子晶体的透射率公式,建立了一种研究一维有限周期光子晶体能带的新方法——波叠加理论。将波叠加理论和特征矩阵法进行了比较研究,结果表明波叠加理论和特征矩阵法得出的结果是一致的。一维有限周期光子晶体能带的波叠加理论不仅具有特征矩阵法的优点,而且又克服了特征矩阵法的不足。因此波叠加理论是一种研究一维有限周期光子晶体能带的更为有效的方法。
Based on the principle of superposition of light, the formula of transmittance of one-dimensional finite period photonic crystals is deduced. A new method of studying the energy band of one-dimensional finite period photonic crystals-wave superposition theory is established. The wave superposition theory and the characteristic matrix method are compared and the results show that the wave superposition theory and the eigen matrix method results are consistent. The wave superposition theory of one-dimensional finite period photonic crystal band not only has the advantages of eigen-matrix method, but also overcomes the shortcomings of eigen-matrix method. Therefore, wave superposition theory is a more effective method to study the energy band of one-dimensional finite period photonic crystal.
