对某型铣床底座铸件表面气孔缺陷产生的原因进行分析,通过试验找到了问题的症结。对浇注系统进行了重新改进设计,铸件质量显著提高,达到了预期目的。
The cause of the blowhole defects on the casting surface of the base of a milling machine is analyzed, and the crux of the problem is found through experiments. The pouring system was redesigned to improve the quality of castings significantly, to achieve the desired purpose.
