抓嘎啦哈是关东民间较为普遍的游戏。“抓”字读音chuǎ,“嘎啦哈”为满语,即牛羊等的后(?)髌骨,呈长方形,不算两头的堵头,共有4个面儿。这4个面儿都有名称,叫“抱儿”(又称“背儿”)、“真儿”(又称“轮儿”)、“驴儿”(又称“云儿”)、“坑儿”(又称“肚儿”)。由于地域的不同,各地还有许多不同的叫法。关于嘎啦哈的游戏,已有文字见诸报刊,但大都受到地域的限制,
