用化学和生物学方法测定了蚕蛹蛋白质的营养价值。结果表明蚕蛹蛋白含有17种氨基酸,必需氨基酸含量达40%。从蚕蛹提取的氨基酸可促进幼龄wistar大鼠的生长和维持氮代谢的功能,饲料利用率达26.9±2.7,蛋白质功效比值(PER)2.38±0.2,真消化率(TD)98.1±1.1,生物价值(BV)93.3±2.5,净蛋白质利用率(NPU)91.6±1.9;且也能促进饥饿后家兔体重的恢复和再生长,各项指标均不亚于标准酪蛋白。 蚕蛹性平,味甘,无毒,能治风及劳瘦,为末饮服,治小儿疳瘦,长肌退热,煎汁饮,止消渴。但蚕蛹又是缫丝厂的副产品,蚕蛹蛋白质属全价蛋白质。我国蚕蛹资源甚为丰富,如能在医药上加以开发利用,提供一个优质廉价的天然氮源,研制营养食品和药用氨基酸产品,则将在我国有着广阔的发展前景,为此,本文用化学分析和动物实验方法对蚕蛹提取物的氨基酸进行营养药理的研究。
The nutritional value of silkworm cocoon protein was determined by chemical and biological methods. The results showed that the silkworm pupa protein contained 17 kinds of amino acids, and the content of essential amino acids reached 40%. The amino acids extracted from silkworm cocoon can promote the growth of young Wistar rats and maintain the function of nitrogen metabolism. The feed utilization rate is 26.9±2.7, the protein efficiency ratio (PER) is 2.38±0.2, and the true digestibility (TD) is 98.1±1.1. The value (BV) was 93.3±2.5 and the net protein utilization rate (NPU) was 91.6±1.9. It also promoted the recovery and regrowth of body weight in starved rabbits. The indicators were no less than standard casein. Silkworm cocoon is flat, sweet, non-toxic, able to cure the wind and labor thin, for the end of Beverage Service, rule children emaciated thin, long muscle fever, Jianzhi drink, only diabetes. However, silkworm cocoon is a by-product of silk reeling plants. Cocoon protein is a full-price protein. China’s silkworm cocoon resources are abundant. If it can be exploited and used in medicine to provide a high-quality, inexpensive natural nitrogen source and develop nutritious foods and pharmaceutical amino acid products, it will have broad development prospects in China. Therefore, this article uses chemistry. Analytical and animal experiment methods were used to study the nutritional pharmacology of the amino acids extracted from silkworm cocoon.
