本文提出了一种考虑机械结构动柔度的二维单重单频最优平衡模型,可使整机平衡目标与动态性能评价指标趋于一致.采用本方法对GK5-3型双针筒式绷缝机整机系统进行最优平衡,取得了显著的减振效果.
In this paper, a two-dimensional single-frequency optimal balance model that considers the dynamic flexibility of mechanical structure is proposed, which can make the balance target and dynamic performance evaluation index of the whole machine tend to be consistent.This method is applied to the GK5-3 double- Interlock sewing machine machine system optimal balance, and achieved significant damping effect.
